# Sake Guide (sake-guide.com)

> A structured, bilingual (English / Japanese) database of Japan's sake industry: 1,689 breweries, 4,170 brands, 10,380 individual sake, 939 glossary terms and 53 breweries that accept visitors. English pages live at the root; Japanese pages are under /ja/. Every page carries schema.org JSON-LD (Brewery, Brand, Product, DefinedTerm, BreadcrumbList).

Data is compiled from brewery publications and public sources. Japanese text is the source of truth; English is translated and progressively reviewed. Spec figures (rice polishing ratio, alcohol, sake meter value, acidity) are as published by the brewery and may differ by batch.
