Ohashi Brewery is a small sake brewery in Hirukawa, Nakatsugawa, Gifu Prefecture, founded in 1908 (Meiji 41). Guided by its motto, "Harmony among people is the taste and spirit of our sake," the brewery makes sake using domestically grown rice. Its flagship brand is Kasagitsuru. The lineup includes "Maboroshi no Sake Kasagitsuru," a flavorful ginjo-style sake, and "Kasagitsuru Josen," a light (tanrei), umami-rich sake. The brewery is also known as the sake brewery that appears in the final scene of the 44th film in the Otoko wa Tsurai yo series, and it offers original custom labels and mail-order sales.
