Yoshioka Shuzoten is a sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture that makes the Shiraume (志ら梅) brand. Its lineup includes Daiginjo, Junmai (made with Sasanishiki rice), and Honjozo, using sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki and Kura no Hana. Known as a Miyagi sake, it is a brand loved locally. Note: It is now discontinued.
