Red wine

Red wine is a type of wine made from black or dark purple grapes. In winemaking, the grape stems are removed, and the skins, seeds, and juice are then fermented together. During this process, pigments are extracted from the skins and tannins are released from the seeds, giving red wine its characteristic color and astringency.
