About
Nagakute Junmai Ginjo is a richly aromatic junmai ginjo sake made from Aichi no Kaori rice grown in Nagakute town, Yume Sansui rice from Okumikawa, and fine water from the foothills of Mount Mikaneyama in Mikawa. The name Choju no Sake Nagakute (sake of long life) was chosen in 2005 by the late Professor Shozaburo Kimura, Chief Producer of the Expo 2005 Aichi, Japan. The label design was created by Professor Shigenobu Otani, former dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music.
