Imai Shuzoten (Imai Shuzoten Co., Ltd.) is a sake brewery in Kojima, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture. It was founded in 1691 (Genroku 4) and incorporated in 1950. Located in the Zenkoji Plain (Zenkoji-daira), surrounded by the Hokushin Gogaku (the Five Mountains of northern Shinano), the brewery continues to make sake with a strong commitment to handcrafted methods. Its flagship brand is Wakamidori, and it also brews Junmai Ginjo "Gogaku." The brewery produces only special designation sake (tokutei meishoshu), and has been making Junmai sake since 1955 (Showa 30). It also makes apricot wine and shochu.
