絶対湿度ぜったいしつどAbsolute humidity is an indicator of the amount of water vapor contained in the air. It is expressed in grams of water vapor per given volume of dry air, usually one cubic meter. Specifically, it indicates the weight of water vapor contained in 1 m³ of dry air, and it is used to grasp the actual amount of moisture present. In sake brewing, temperature and humidity control is important in processes such as fermentation and storage, and an understanding of absolute humidity is a factor that can affect quality and flavor.
