Precoating (Purikoto)

プリコートぷりこーと
Precoating is a technique used in the filtration process in which a layer of a specific filter aid is deposited on the surface of the filter cloth or filter paper. This layer improves the filtration process and helps remove solids more efficiently. Precoating increases filtration speed and reduces the pressure drop during filtration, ultimately helping to produce clear, high-quality sake. It is expected to further enhance the sake's clarity and flavor.
