Kun-shu — aromatic and light

About
Rather than being aimed at competitions, this sake was designed for deliciousness that complements food. Refined and not overly aromatic, yet with a clean finish: a Daiginjo built around flavor, true to our brewery. The rice is polished more generously here than anywhere else in our brewery, and every step of brewing is carried out without sparing effort, making this our finest sake. It is ideal as a gift or for a small Iwai (celebration) toast.
