About

Available only from winter to spring. A white, unpasteurized genshu (undiluted sake) made by coarsely straining the moromi (fermentation mash) while it is still fermenting in the brewery. It became well known as a flavor "known only to the brewery's oyaji (head)." (The name was changed from Fukumukae to Sakushu Musashi and the label was also changed, but the contents are the same as before.)
