About
Asanomai Gekkanomai (朝乃舞 月下の舞) is a Junmai Ginjo made from Akita-grown sake rice Gin no Sei, polished to a rice polishing ratio of 52%. All water used, including for brewing, is Biwa Shizu (琵琶清水), a snowmelt groundwater from the Ou Mountain Range. Brewed with this water, the sake has a refreshing, smooth mouthfeel and a Tanrei (light and clean) character, with a fine-textured sake that carries umami.
