About
Developed in 1982 as a soft, fruity, chilled namachozo (sake stored without pasteurization) aimed at younger generations and women who do not drink sake often. Its apple-like aroma and alcohol content held to a level similar to wine made it a major hit. A crisp dry ginjo with a smooth finish on the palate and a Tanrei (light and clean) elegance. Ideal as a sake to enjoy with food. Please serve it chilled. Pairs well with shrimp sashimi and spinach ohitashi (blanched spinach in dashi).
