Flavor profile Jun-shu
Jun-shu — rich and umami-driven
As a honjozo, the aroma is restrained. The descriptors 旨口 (umami-forward) and すっきり (clean) point to moderate sweetness and medium body, with a crisp finish that keeps richness in check.

About
At Oaza Mishima 379, Tanbaichi-machi, Yamabe District (Yamabe-gun), Nara Prefecture, Inada Genjiro began brewing sake as Tenrikyo omiki while Oyasama (Nakayama Miki) was still living. The name "Ine no Hana" was bestowed by Nakayama Shinnosuke, the first kanchō (head) of Tenrikyo. Rich and flavorful, with a clean, smooth mouthfeel. A versatile sake that never grows tiresome to drink.
