About
This long-established brewery in Echizen Ono, known as the "Little Kyoto" of Hokuriku, has been operating since 1751. All of its products are made to ginjo-grade standards, and the entire volume is handcrafted without relying on machinery to ensure high quality. While keeping to traditional methods, the brewery adjusts its brewing toward original and distinctive new flavors. When sipped, this sake releases a fragrant aroma that gradually spreads across the palate, followed by a firm flavor that lingers for a long time. It is a robust junmai sake that rewards slow enjoyment. It pairs well with rich dishes, such as meat. It can be enjoyed chilled, and when warmed (kan), its rounded acidity rises to just the right degree, and the sake becomes fuller and more aromatic.
