About
Selected as an in-flight sake for JAL domestic first class, Nagasaki Bugyo Daiginjo. The name Nagasaki Bugyo was given by the late Ichikawa Shinichi, a screenwriter from Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, who was born there. It is a daiginjo brimming with the romance of Nagasaki. From the Toji (master brewer) Primarily Yamada Nishiki, along with carefully selected sake rice, we brewed this as a food-pairing sake, aiming for a moderate ginjo aroma and an elegant sweetness. It is also delicious served in a wine glass.
