About
Inspired by Symboli Rudolf, the seven-crown champion (七冠馬) said to be one of the greatest male racehorses in the history of Japanese racing. Like that horse, which showed overwhelming strength over races of various distances, this is an almighty food sake that goes well with any dish. With a vivid ginjo aroma (ginjo-ka), the palate reveals the umami of Yamada Nishiki, and the finish is clean and crisp. Its mellow character is best enjoyed chilled or lukewarm (nurukan).
