About
Our first offering among our products is the Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri (arabashiri refers to the sake that runs off first from the press). The raw rice is locally grown Yamada Nishiki from Kashima, and the freshly pressed sake is bottled straight from the press without pasteurization. This spring favorite is prized for the fresh character and fragrant aroma unique to new sake. By autumn, the sake has matured and offers a different flavor from its spring character, which is part of its appeal. We hope you will enjoy one bottle for the refreshing lightness of new sake and another for the deeper flavor that develops with aging. Because this is namazake (unpasteurized sake), please store it refrigerated.
