Produced by Nao Oikawa, a Hiroshima-born fan of Kamoizumi Shuzo, who was selected after a tasting session at the brewery. At 8% alcohol, this sweet and tart sake has a beautiful pink color thanks to a naturally pigmented yeast. To prevent the sake from discoloring, we recommend keeping it away from light and storing it at a low temperature, such as in a refrigerator.
