About
Nobeoka City, long known as a town of waterways, is the home of this sake. It is made entirely (100%) from Hanakagura, a sake rice variety developed after repeated trial production within Miyazaki Prefecture. Brewed slowly and carefully at low temperature, it is finished as a dry, Tanrei (light and delicate) sake with a clean, crisp finish. It has a crisp, dry Tanrei character with a clean finish. The aroma is restrained, but moderate acidity and a refreshing flavor are well balanced.
