About
A Daiginjo made with Dewa Sansan sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture, brewed with fukuryusui (underground water that flows beneath the riverbed) from the Tenzan mountain range. It has a vivid ginjo aroma reminiscent of cosmos flowers, a mellow and gentle sweetness that spreads across the palate, and a refreshing, clean finish. Please enjoy this exquisite harmony to your heart's content. It pairs well with dishes whose ingredients have natural, gentle sweetness or simple seasoning. Nao washi paper, which has a history of about 300 years, is used.
