This sake brewery is located in Inami, Nanto City, Tomiyama Prefecture. It makes handcrafted sake using subterranean water from the upper reaches of the Sho River (Shogawa) and focuses on locally grown rice. As a small brewery, it brews in small quantities and prepares each batch carefully under close management. Visitors can buy local sake and also taste it from a guinomi (sake cup) made through a carving experience.
Founded in 1889 (Meiji 22).
