About

Made entirely with Hitogokochi rice grown in Azumino, this junmai sake was carefully selected by kurabito (brewery staff) from among the brewery's junmai sakes as those best suited to namazake, and then bottled. Soft on the palate, with a rounded, full aroma, it is a fresh sake. For more than 20 years since its release, it has been long loved at hot spring inns and soba restaurants in Matsumoto City. In other words, it is ideal as a food sake that pairs perfectly with good meals.
