About
Devoted to rice grown in Nagano Prefecture, we arrived at Miyama Nishiki. Aiming for "a fragrant, aromatic richness with umami," we selected uniformly large Miyama Nishiki grains and polished them to a rice polishing ratio of 55%. We then took time to slowly draw out the umami of the rice. This is a sake that lets you enjoy the gentle aroma and flavor of the rice itself. On the palate, the rice flavor, in harmony with its aroma, lingers for a long time. It is also enjoyed chilled, where its aroma and flavor are fully appreciated.
