About
Koshi no Shizuku, a sake rice developed in Fukui Prefecture, is used in this sake. JA Teraru Echizen began breeding the variety in 1988 (Showa 63), and after a long development process it was registered as a variety in 2003 (Heisei 15). The fruity aroma and the refined sweetness characteristic of this sake rice come together in a sake with a gentle, smooth sensation as it goes down. Serve chilled.
