About

Usuki Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu (photo: 720 ml) is made with 100% Wakamizu, a sake rice grown in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. The rich umami of the rice, preserved by the unfiltered, unpasteurized genshu, gives this full-bodied yet gentle sake a deep character. It pairs well with local white-fleshed fish and blue-skinned fish. With an alcohol content of 17%, it is also very enjoyable on the rocks.
