Te, Saku: sake that blooms with the seasons
About
In ancient times, the word "te" is said to have carried two overlapping meanings: to illuminate and make clear, and to touch with the hand and make clear. The sake we aim to make is a seasonal sake, brewed carefully by our own hands, as if to illuminate the passing of the seasons and reveal the true character of Japanese sake. Into "te" we have put our resolve to face sake with dedication, across the span of endless years. Japanese sake that blooms with the seasons. May this joy light up your face with a smile.
