Rosé wine
ロゼワインろぜわいんRosé wine is a type of wine made mainly from dark-skinned grapes. One production method is to ferment the grape skins and seeds together with the juice, as in red winemaking, and remove them once the desired color has been reached. In this method, pigment from the skins passes into the wine, giving it a pale color. Rosé can also be made by blending dark-skinned and light-skinned grapes, or by combining existing red and white wines. The color of rosé wine varies widely, including orange, orange-red, and pink, and it offers a range of flavors and aromas. These differ depending on the grape varieties used and the production method, which makes rosé a very diverse category of wine.
