About

A Daiginjo that carries the endorsement of an Excellence Award (優等賞) at the 54th Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition. Brewed by toji (master brewer) Chino Mariko together with its yeast, this drink has an aroma and mellow flavor that hardly seem to come from rice. Its bright, fragrant aroma recalls musk melon, and its elegant, refined, mellow taste has made it a Daiginjo that is much appreciated as a gift. With the alcohol content held to 15 percent, this Daiginjo has been finished with a clean flavor and aroma that pairs well with meals.
