About
Katsuragi-cho, Itogun, Wakayama Prefecture. This is our hometown. Along the Kino River, on the northern foot of Mount Koya, with the underground water of the Katsuragi mountain range. The sake rice grown with that water, and the traditional koji. Everything was brewed using only ingredients from here, Kishu Wakayama. Hatsusakura Junmai has a rich, full-bodied depth (koku) typical of junmai, and a refreshing finish.
