Made with natural water at about 7°C that originates from spring water in the local Taisetsuzan mountain range, and carefully selected Hokkaido-grown sake rice polished to 40%. Using traditional methods, each moromi (fermentation mash) is brewed carefully in small batches, one tank at a time. The aroma is elegant, fruity and fragrant, and the taste is refined, with a well-balanced mineral character. Enjoy it lightly chilled to about 7 to 10°C, in your favorite sake vessel.
