About

Made entirely by hand, from rice washing to pressing, using Wakamizu, Aichi Prefecture's sake rice. This lightly cloudy (usunigori) genshu (undiluted sake) showcases the umami of the rice. Each December, we present it at our Kura Biraki (brewery open house) event.
