About

A set of seven namazake (unpasteurized sake), each named after one of the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove (Chikurin no Shichikenjin), ranging from junmai daiginjo to honjozo. Freshly pressed new sake (shiboritate) is bottled while still fresh, without pasteurization (hiire). This limited namazake can be tasted only at the brewery.
