About

The name Fugaku (冨嶽) comes from the characters displayed on the Zuijinmon gate of Fujisan Kitaguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture. Made with Miyama Nishiki sake rice, polished in-house to a rice polishing ratio of 60%, this junmai ginjo sake is carefully brewed. Its rich and deep flavor, reminiscent of the sacred peak of Mount Fuji, is best enjoyed with a meal, and we believe it will allow you to fully appreciate junmai ginjo sake. The label is designed to evoke the rich earth tones of the land surrounding the sacred mountain.
