About
Named after Hakurakuten (Bai Juyi), the poet of the Tang dynasty in China, who was also known as Suigin Sensei (Master Suigin). It has a pale golden-yellow color and gives off fruity, mellow aromas of orange, muscat, and melon. The flavor is elegant, rich, and dry, with a smooth finish. It is a product our brewery is proud of.
