About

This sake is born from an assemblage (blending) of Junmai Daiginjo. Only Fujino Toji, the master brewer who knows the characteristics and individuality of the Junmai Daiginjo genshu (undiluted) stored in the brewery's tanks, could achieve this delicate and exquisite blend. It is the finest Junmai Daiginjo that Yoshinogawa can produce today. The masterful brushwork of the Kiyomizu-dera priest Ryokei Ohnishi is printed on the label, and the sake is respectfully presented in a dignified all-paulownia box. To maintain the highest quality, sales are limited in quantity.
