About

The top-tier model in the Ippakusuisei series. Working with the Gojome Town Sake Rice Research Group, the brewery analyzed each year's sake rice data and selected only the most suitable sake rice from among them to brew this Ippakusuisei Premium. A calm ginjo aroma (the fragrant, fruity character typical of ginjo-style sake). On the palate, when you draw in air, a clean acidity and the aroma of rice drift up through the nose, leaving a pleasant lingering finish. The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing, and the sake is dry. Overall it is well balanced and offers a refined taste.
