The described floral aroma and robust body, together with 17.2% alcohol from near-undiluted bottling, point to high aroma and a fuller texture. An SMV of +3.5 and low acidity of 1.1 suggest a fairly dry but soft impression with little sweetness.

About

Our brewery has a record of Annual Japan Sake Awards gold medals that ranks among the most distinguished in Fukushima Prefecture, and in recent years the prefecture has boasted a high number of award-winning breweries. This daiginjo gives direct expression to that brewing skill. A fragrant aroma and a relatively dry, full-bodied flavor spread across the palate. Bottled in a state close to Genshu (undiluted sake), it can be enjoyed on the rocks while still fully appreciating the character of Kokken.
