About

Mimurosugi is brewed in Miwa, Nara, a place where the god of sake is said to settle, and has been made there for more than 350 years. The brewing water comes from an underground spring in the brewery's well, the groundwater (fukuryusui) that flows beneath Mount Miwa, which is worshipped as a sacred object. The rice is 100% Yamada Nishiki. This sake was created with the wish to offer a Japanese sake that can be enjoyed without any pretension. Please enjoy it casually in a variety of settings, whether with Japanese or Western food.
