About
Goto Shuzojo is a sake brewery founded in 1917 (Taisho 6) in Kuwana, a gateway town to Ise Province at the mouth of the Kiso Sansen (Kiso Three Rivers). The brewery's main sake rice is Mie-grown Yamada Nishiki and Kami no Ho. Aimed at sake that lets the flavor of the rice come through, this Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with great care by the brewery owner and master brewer, a husband-and-wife team. It stands out for its rich ginjo aroma and soft umami.
