Polished to 60% as a junmai ginjo with SMV +1 and 17% alcohol suggests a moderately aromatic profile with near-balanced sweetness. The text's emphasis on refreshing crispness and a fresh unfiltered character places it on the light side of the map.

About

Ice Breaker is an unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu made from Shiga-grown Nipponbare sake rice, polished to 60% and aged at low temperature for six months. It can be enjoyed to taste, from on the rocks to warmed sake (kan), but it is above all excellent on the rocks. As the ice melts, the aroma and flavor continue to shift and develop richly right up to the last sip. "Ice Breaker" means, in English, something that eases a room or an atmosphere. That is exactly the role sake plays.
