About
Kami no Ho rice grown in Mie Prefecture is polished down to 60% and brewed with Yoro meisui (famous Yoro spring water). Made with Mutenka (no additives), the rice and water are simply turned into sake. The smooth, clean palate lets the character of the brewing water come through, and it never becomes tiresome to drink. With its relatively low alcohol content, this Junmai Ginjo is best served well chilled as a food sake, suited to accompany meals.
