About
Chomeisen Tokujo is a tokujo from Chomeisen, the flagship brand of Takizawa Honten. The brewery has operated since the late Edo period on the lively approach to Naritasan, a temple popular with pilgrims. It is brewed to pair easily with meals, with a rich, mellow flavor and a well-balanced taste. Made with Chiba-grown Fusanomai and Fusakogane rice, it is slightly dry and never tiresome, a sake for dining. Enjoy it chilled, at room temperature, or hot (atsukan).
