Sake meter value of -2 and low acidity of 1.1 give a noticeably sweet, soft impression, while the 18% undiluted genshu bottled straight from pressing adds weight and richness. No ginjo aroma is claimed, so the nose stays restrained.

About

As the name suggests, this is an adult otoshidama (New Year's gift) available only for delivery on New Year's Day. The sake is pressed and bottled as is, with nothing further done to it, so it remains alive. As for the sake itself, in keeping with the otoshidama theme we will not go into ginjo or any other designations. But since it is an otoshidama after all, we deliver it as a premium shiboritate (freshly pressed) genshu (undiluted sake).
