About
Brewed with koji that is all hand-made and with 'Raiden-sama no Shimizu', spring water that emerges from the snowmelt of Mount Hakkai. Rice polished to 45% (rice polishing ratio) of Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku is combined with Miyama Nishiki. Although it is a junmai sake, the combination gives it the crisp, clean finish typical of Hakkaisan, and it stays pleasant without becoming tiresome. A clear, beautiful taste with an elegant sweetness that spreads softly on the palate makes this a slightly premium sake that enhances food.
