About
Brewed in the cool climate of the Hita Basin in central Kyushu, using underground water from the nature-rich Mount Hiko (英彦山), Yamada Nishiki sake rice was polished to 55% and slowly brewed at low temperatures. This sake has a fruity, fragrant aroma and a tanrei (light and clean) palate, with a refined, clean taste. It pairs excellently with Japanese cuisine. Please serve chilled.
