About

Feminine yet wild at once. It is like a wolf in sheep's clothing, one might say. Kame no O is a rice that seems to challenge the brewer. The rice fields ripening in autumn are full of energy. Kame no O is an ancient rice, a variety that represents the origins of rice. Senkin brews this sake as a tribute to Kame no O. Delicate, gentle aromas of lychee and apricot make it elegant. On the palate there is a strong attack, and the fine sweetness stands out in particular. A dense, silky sweetness is wrapped in clear acidity, creating a pleasing sense of body. The juiciness and character of the classic Senkin have returned here.
