About
Although classified as futsushu, the raw rice is polished to a rice polishing ratio of 65% or less, and the sake was carefully brewed by the toji (master brewer). This rich, sweet genshu (undiluted sake) was brewed for the Kamon label and bottled without any dilution with water. Its alcohol content is on the higher side, so it is best savored slowly. If Kamon feels too light for you, try this genshu. Since February 2022, it has been bottled in brown glass bottles.
