About

In 2008, Kami no Ho, Mie Prefecture's first sake rice, was born from a cross of Etsunan 165 (father) and Yume Sansui (mother). It was born and raised in Kami no Kuni (the Land of the Gods). This is the premium Gizaemon hiyaoroshi (autumn-released sake that has been aged through the summer). Aged through the summer, it has developed a rounded, smooth flavor. We invite you to enjoy it.
