About
Gold Medal, 2020 brewing year, National New Sake Appraisal (Zenkoku Shinshu Kanshinkai), the 14th gold award overall. Made using only the central core of Yamada Nishiki, the finest sake rice, polished to 40% (rice polishing ratio). Carefully brewed through low-temperature fermentation, this is a luxurious sake. Full-bodied flavor with a rich aroma reminiscent of fruit. With off-flavors suppressed to the greatest extent possible, it has a crisp, refined finish on the palate. We recommend drinking it without warming (kan), as it is.
