About

Made from rice harvested in the first autumn cutting and grown in the Kama area, drawing abundant blessings from the land, this is a true example of 'jizake' (local sake). The new sake, which is typically completed in mid-November each year, has a light carbonation-like effervescence and a rich mouthfeel. It also offers a clean aftertaste. It is best served well chilled and paired with bold dishes such as yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat) and Chinese cuisine. Namazake (unpasteurized) status: pasteurized from November to March; pasteurized or unpasteurized from April to early November as indicated on the label.
